Fuel Cards
Baylor Fuel Cards offer a convenient payment method for gasoline and diesel purchases at participating merchants. Baylor’s fuel card program is with US Bank's Voyager Fleet program.
Anyone driving on behalf of the University must be authorized before any driving occurs. See Risk Management’s website for more information on Driving for Baylor.
Program Overview
-
Voyager Fuel Cards are accepted in all 50 states at over 320,000 participating merchants.
-
Cards can be assigned to Baylor owned/leased vehicles, or to specific drivers for use.
-
Cards must be used for official University business only. The Fuel Card is not to be used for personal vehicles or for non-business purposes.
-
Employees who will oversee or utilize a Fuel Card must complete a Voyager User Agreement acknowledging the card procedures and proper use of the card.
-
Employees accept responsibility for the proper use of the card whenever a card is assigned to them. This includes use of the card for authorized fuel purchases only.
-
Should an employee fail to use the card properly, the University may collect amounts owed from the employee’s wages. Improper use of a card may also result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment. Unlawful use of the card will be reported to the proper legal authorities.
