Collegiate Travel Planners (CTP)
Collegiate Travel Planners (CTP) is the university's preferred Travel Management Company. With CTP, the Concur Travel booking tool has been implemented to provide an easy, web-based solution for booking individual business travel reservations.
Benefits of Use:
- Traveler Profile driven system, allowing employees to save travel preferences for quick booking
- Access to university discounts with airlines, local hotels, and rental car agencies
- Access to CTP supplier discounts extended to Baylor travelers
- Ability to earn miles and points for frequent traveler programs
- Access to status upgrades and promotions from airline suppliers
- Ability to track and use airline credits (unused tickets)
- Ability to assign travel arrangers and assistants
- Dedicated after-hours service

Logging In
To access Concur, enter your Baylor email address. You will be directed to the Single Sign On screen to enter your Bear ID and password. This will take you to the CTM Portal page, where you will see the Concur tile at the top.
A credit card is required for bookings in Concur or with a CTP agent. The university-issued Travel Card is recommended.
