Austin has been with Baylor since 2017 and serves as a Strategic Sourcing Manager, leading efforts to optimize procurement and identify best-value opportunities across campus. By engaging stakeholders and leveraging spend data and market insights, Austin develops strategies that consolidate purchasing power, drive cost efficiency, and strengthen supplier partnerships to support operational excellence and continuous improvement for the university.
Originally from Waxahachie, Austin currently lives in West. He is a follower of Jesus, husband, and father to four amazing daughters. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family, duck hunting, and playing pickup basketball.
