Briana Damrow joined Baylor in March 2023 and serves as a Strategic Sourcing Manager. She manages sourcing and contract processes to achieve cost savings and operational efficiency, with a focus on IT contracts. Her role includes leading RFPs, negotiating contracts, and building strong supplier partnerships while working with departments across campus to streamline procurement and support Baylor’s strategic plan.
Briana grew up in Ennis, Texas and now works remotely from Niceville, Florida, where she lives with her husband, two children, and their chocolate lab (with one more Baylor Bear on the way, due May 2026!). On weekends, Briana enjoys spending time at the beach and traveling.
