Paytin Weaver

B.B.A. Supply Chain Management, Texas Christian University

Paytin joined Baylor in April 2023 and currently serves as the Director of Strategic Sourcing. She and her team of three Strategic Sourcing Managers collaborate with university stakeholders to maximize the value of Baylor’s strategic supplier relationships, whether via supplier selection, competitive bidding, contract negotiation, or ongoing business reviews. Notable projects coordinated by Strategic Sourcing in recent years include the RFP and contracting for the university’s dining and facilities providers, developer selection and project management for the university’s reimagined Baylor Energy Complex, and numerous competitive bids for high profile university construction projects.

Paytin grew up in Fort Worth and graduated from TCU’s Neeley School of Business in 2016. She currently works remotely from Georgetown, TX, where she resides with her husband and their two children.
