Ryan Newman
- Director of Procurement Operations
Ryan joined Baylor in January 2023 as Director of Procurement Operations. He brings more than 11 years of experience in higher education and has worked in procurement in various capacities since 2004. In his current role, Ryan leads a team of five senior procurement managers who oversee high‑value contracts and major purchasing activities across the university.
Outside of work, Ryan enjoys spending time with his family, woodworking, and attending concerts and sporting events.
